White Label – Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers cancellations, refunds, and changes to orders for home improvement services and installations.

1. Quotes & Surveys

All quotes are:

  • Free
  • No obligation
  • Valid for the period stated on the quote

2. Cooling-Off Period

As required by UK consumer law, customers have a 14-day cooling-off period after signing a contract.

During this time, you may cancel your order for a full refund unless work has already begun at your request.

3. Cancellations After the Cooling-Off Period

Once materials have been ordered or work has begun:

  • A cancellation fee may apply to cover costs already incurred
  • Custom-made goods (e.g., made-to-measure windows/doors) cannot be refunded once manufacturing has started

4. Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method after cancellation is approved.

5. Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled by either party due to:

  • Illness
  • Weather conditions
  • Supply delays
  • Installer availability

White Label will always attempt to provide the next earliest available date.

6. Quality Issues & Faults

If there is a defect with materials or workmanship, we will:

  • Inspect the issue
  • Repair or replace items where appropriate
  • Honour all warranty conditions included in your contract
